From what little of Psyconaughts I've played it is a good game, especially for it's time. If you really want to talk about good games that nobody plays you should really look in the point-click adventure area. Such games as Dreamfall: The Longest Journey, Syberia, Still Life, Grim Fandango, Monkey Island. Even for some titles 10 years shows no signs of aging, these are still great games. Some of the greatest stories I've heard of are from games like Dreamfall: The Longest Journey, simply stunning to say the least.

Breakdown is probably the most enjoyable 1-player game I have ever played. The first bit is cool because of the first-person interactions, but that wears off quick and I found the game boring and just plain bad for the first half or so. But this game really turns around later on. The storyline starts out being shitty, but by the end I was convinced it was one of the best (or at least one of the best presented) storylines ever. The atmosphere is really cool since everything is first person, and there are sweet new abilities gained throughout the game, keeping it interesting. Great game, but it starts off crappy.

Psyconauts is the only game on this list i've played (or heard of for that matter). And while i enjoyed it i find myself wanting to play Breakdown now just because of the puking up of burgers and talking bloodstains, lol.

The first thing that came to my mind when I read "talking blood stains" was D's hand in Vampire Hunter D... I dunno why. Once an otaku, always an otaku i suppose.
